This was an impressive tour. we saw a lot of sights and experienced a vast range of Indian cultures. Our tour guide, Narendra Pal Singh, was excellent. A great character to be around. Thank you. The accommodations were incredible, the most impressive for me was the hotel in Ranakpur, that was surrounded by lush vegetation.

We had traveled widely, but never in India and never with a group. Very pleasantly surprised by G Adventures's organization, the choices G Adventures made, and the tour's cost effectiveness. Our tour leader was absolutely miraculous. We learned and enjoyed so much in a chaotic country that somehow works despite itself and offers unique splendors.

The tour was extremely well organised and did not put any stress or pressure on us which is what we wanted. Jawad, our tour leader was exceptional and made the trip. He brought the experience alive with his talks on the bus about cultures, weddings etc. He also knew when to leave us to it and when to become involved in the group which is important. The transportation was good and the itinerary was perfect.

Our introduction to India through G Adventures was a wonderful experience. The culture and overall information supplied by our tour guide was amazing. We also booked a tour in Delhi through a government travel agency so we definitely had a lot to compare the G Adventures tour against. There was no comparison, we learned and saw so much more through the G Adventures tour.

The tour provided us what we were looking for... a glimpse at the REAL India. Our guide was very knowledgeable, and it was invaluable when we had a few off-the-beaten-path experiences. The pace was just right, and not the 'marathon-style' tours some organizations had. The heritage hotels were beautiful and added to the mystique, beauty and rich cultural experiences India had to offer. We finished the tour with one thought in mind... India is truly incredible!
