Overlanding is the best way to see South America by far! Dragoman have been leading the way in South American overland expeditions since 1990, so take advantage of our years of experience and come with us as we include all the must-see attractions as well as heading to some unique hidden gems, well away from the usual tourist trail. This is an epic overland adventure through one of our favourite areas of the world - Patagonia. It's perfect for those who love the outdoors, with plenty of camping in national parks of outstanding natural beauty, and the chance to trek, climb, bike, and horse ride through some truly breathtaking scenery. You'll also have the chance to experience the elegant capital of Chile, beautifully set amongst the mountains, and travel all the way to the remote Argentinian town of Ushuaia, the southernmost town in the world! From Santiago we visit the spectacular Lake District towns of Bariloche and Pucn, which are packed full of optional outdoor activities and are a paradise for adventurers! We then journey south on the stunning Carretera Austral to the wild and desolate land of Patagonia, a legendary place that contains some of the most incredble vistas on the planet. Overlanding through the region, we will explore the magnificent Los Glaciares National Park from both El Calafate and El Chaltn, allowing us to trek around the dramatic peaks of Mount Fitz Roy and take a guided trip to the colossal Perito Moreno Glacier. In Chile you'll head to one of the absolute highlights of the trip - the awe-inspiring Torres del Paine National Park, where there will be plenty of time to trek and explore the breathtaking landscapes. Finally, we will cross the Strait of Magellan and head through this vast and wild region to the end of the earth - Tierra del Fuego and the southernmost city in the world, Ushuaia. Join us on this incredible and unforgettable overlanding experience!

Our guides in Torres del Paine Dorothy and Gabriel did an excellent job. It was nice to have them around for four days and the learned us a lot about the local history, folklore and politics. During the W-Walk, they took care of us and motivated us to go on.

I just say that Julie, Nick and Hannah were OUT OF THIS WORLD! Helpful, committed, enthusiastic - never met such incredible crew and would even base my next trip not on the destination nor the journey... but the crew! Wherever they are going I would be on board!
